The president had yet another strange mark on his hands over Christmas, once again raising concerns that his health is not what he has claimed it to be.
Donald Trump—the oldest person to ever be elected president—was photographed with what appeared to be another bruise on Christmas Eve, this time marring his left hand.
The 79-year-old has repeatedly claimed that he is in pristine condition, brushing off public alarm over his deteriorating body.
Hope he’s suffering from that ❤️
If we’re lucky, we might start 2026 with a state funeral~
There will be worldwide celebrations the likes we haven’t seen since the end of WW II.
I plan on celebrating that illustrious day, but I do think we need to temper expectations a bit. I am truly not convinced it will actually change much. Trump is a symptom not the mastermind.
Yes, but Trump is the figurehead of a cult of personality and those never survive the loss of their face. There are enough loose cannons and outright insane people within the conservative political sphere that even if there is some kind of secret master plan on what to do after Trump is gone, once the inevitable shitstorm of internal backstabbing starts as everyone desperately scrambles to put themselves at the top it’s likely to all go down in flames.
The RWA (Right Wing Authoritarian) personality type is notorious about lining up behind a figure they deem as “strong”, though. Suggested reading: Bob Altemeyer’s The Authoritarians.
So I guess we’ll see.
Here’s hoping you’re right.
The entire house of cards might not fall, but at least maybe the east wing.
It fear it will be the same as with Charlie Kirk. A very loud minority along with an army of AI social media users will agressively threaten anyone who says that the death was not a huge loss.
Yeah, just imagine if one of the early assassination attempts on Hitler worked. Same vibes.
I’ve said it before, but when that headline comes through, I’m going to buy a flag pole, a flag, and raise that thing to the top. I’ll remove all of it after the half staff order ends, but I want everyone that drives by to know just how I feel.
I do wonder how many of those we may be seeing…
If Republicans and centrists and some so-called leftists and liberals clutch their pearls over it - first of all, FUCK THEM. But, secondly, remind them that the conservatives are the ones that raised the flags for Donvict’s inauguration even though Carter was being remembered by having flags at half-mast just prior.
This is the party that lowered flags for that POS of Charlie Kirk. Some people just don’t deserve this honor.
Famous people seem to die on New Years Eve a lot, although it probably just seems that way cause of cognitive bias. People die every day
I’ve lost track of the Trump period calendar going into the holidays, but my bet remains:
https://www.verywellhealth.com/injectable-alzheimers-drugs-8776312
In the open-label trial of subcutaneous Leqembi, 8% of patients experienced reactions at the injection site, and most side effects were mild or moderate, according to Eisai.
People who take Leqembi and Kisunla are required to get an MRI brain scan once a quarter to check for signs of brain damage, such as swelling and bleeding. Such amyloid-related imaging abnormalities (ARIA) can occur when someone uses a drug designed to clear amyloid. Most ARIA are asymptomatic or cause mild symptoms, but some ARIA require hospitalization and special treatment.
Eisai reported that people who received subcutaneous injections had slightly higher rates of ARIA than those who got an IV infusion, but the sample size of the injection group was small enough that an exact comparison can’t be made.
Trumps’ been on this 28 day schedule of being very peppy, then dragging ass, then being practically dead, then getting his pep back. It lines up with the visual symptoms we see with his hands. He’s also on his like, 3rd or 4th “annual”* MRI for the year.
*there is no annual MRI
This person is not fit and should be in a home.
if by home you mean prison
Haha in America many are similar.
if by prison you mean ham
The White House previously said that Trump’s hand looked that way because he shook so many hands. So, how can they explain it on his left hand? Did he get it from jerking off two horses at once or something?

Someone has a case of the Mondays.
If Jack helped you off a horse, would you help Jack off a horse?
Don’t be ridiculous. He doesn’t jerk horses off. He doesn’t do anything for anyone else.
I believe that there is nothing Donald Trump wouldn’t do if you paid him enough money.
Yes but then again, he’s doing it for himself right?
Jerking off Bill Clinton in one hand, Putin in the other.
I am commenting just because I take issue with the headline. The bruise did not spread to his other hand. He has a bruise on one hand and a separate bruise on another hand. There’s no spreading because that’s not how a bruise works. It’s not fucking contagious.
You are using entirely the wrong sense of the word. It didn’t spread like a rash, it spread like an idea. It spread like a bad smell. It spread like a poorly kept secret.
Like an extra airy fart in a hot, humid room.
Like an aromatic, moist, full-bodied fart in a hot, humid room.
For sure. I do understand how it was used, but it still sounds stupid. Just write, “Bruise appears on Trump’s other hand—speculations rise” or something to that effect.
Edit: I think in a world where people just read the headlines, and with many Americans reading at a low level, that people might take it more literally which I why I don’t like the headline as written.
And to forestall your next objection, headlines ARE poetry. It’s a form of constrained writing with hundreds of years of poetic conventions and devices.
It’s the kind of poetry a Vogon would produce after his second Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster.
Source : Took journalism in school and it fucked up my ACTs.
Imagine a world with no poetry. How horrid. Let stupid people be confused, they are perfectly used to it and have a faculty for it you cannot defeat.
I hear what you’re saying, but let poetry be in poems and let direct truth be in headlines. I don’t see a reason to pretty up news.
Damn it, your predictable knee jerk response was almost faster than I could anticipate. That’s how basic you’re being right now.
You cannot fit “truth” in an entire broadsheet page, let alone a headline. That is why it is unavoidably poetic. I’m not making an analogy, headlines literally are poetry.
They were being snarky.
I don’t want to think about any part of his body whatsoever, but he does generally wear a shirt and jacket so we don’t see his arms or chest. It’s possible that the bruise on his hand did literally spread to the other hand via his arms and torso.
Some people speculate is dementia drug infusions.
I did work for about a year doing pharm research for Alzheimer’s. Most of those drugs are infusions.
However. None of them stop or reverse loss.
They just slow it down And they aren’t even that effective. Honestly the data I saw… My opinion was. :
-Desperate people are going to pay this $1200 a month infusion cost for literally no benefit and extra risks.
Based on the documents I read, for one of the drugs we were testing (I forget the drug but I recall it’s already used to treat ALS)-
The dosage needed to cause a change in Alzheimer’s would have a serious health risk of brain bleeding.
The dose we were using was like 1/3 of the expected effectiveness dosage.
I thought this was kind of unethical because people signed up to be in the study with the hope of a medicine that would help them. And that’s how it was presented to them.
However. The study was really just trying to see how much brain bleeding occured at 1/3 dose.
With zero expectations for actual effectiveness on slowing down the progress.
I did not like the ethical issues with this line of work.
Anywho I have gotten on a tangent.
The other thing I wanted to say is , if these drugs are to have any effects in slowing (but none stop or reverse , just to be 100% clear on this), then the person MUST start them with early symptoms. What is called “mild cognitive impairment”.
They do nothing if symptoms are already noticeable.
And most people don’t realize they have dementia until it’s already moderate because they mask their symptoms. Or their symptoms are often excused because “pops/Mom is getting old and that’s normal”.
Its progressive.
Slow at first. And most don’t notice until it’s gotten pretty bad.
Trump almost certainly has fronto temporal dementia.
I’m not the only neuroscientist to say so.
I’m not clinical but I did work with dementia patients. Plus many clinicians are saying the same.
He’s got classic text ook symptoms.
People excuse his word salad because it slowly got worse.
But read out loud anything he writes or says.
It’s nonsense. That’s not normal. Read this and it’s a good example of Trump’s speech patterns.
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Logorrhea_(psychology)&wprov=rarw1
-In a more extreme version of logorrhea aphasia, a clinician asked a male patient, also with Wernicke’s aphasia, what brought him to the hospital. The patient responded:
-Is this some of the work that we work as we did before? … All right … From when wine [why] I’m here. What’s wrong with me because I … was myself until the taenz took something about the time between me and my regular time in that time and they took the time in that time here and that’s when the time took around here and saw me around in it’s started with me no time and I bekan [began] work of nothing else that’s the way the doctor find me that way …[5]
Then you also know he could go another 10 years like this. I’m not optimistic about an election; I think he’s in power until he whiffs his last Adderall. His handlers have a stake in this. They’ll keep him barely ambulatory for as long as they can, because the orders he’s signing and the countries he’s attacking are all Miller.
its the worst version of Weekend and Bernies ever.
Yeah you can do a weekend at Bernie’s for a long time with enough money to hire full time health care.
I mean the guy beat covid. When it killed so many others in better health than he was in. That’s money there.
The dosage needed to cause a change in Alzheimer’s would have a serious health risk of brain bleeding.
Do all of these drugs have this risk? It starts to line up when it was alleged Trump’s team freaked out about Trump apparently having a ‘mini-stroke’ whilst meeting Putin (someone else in this thread), and when Trump was photographed earlier this year with a visible facial droop on his right side…
https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/trump-facial-droop-9-11-002129721.html
Any drug that targets the plaque and tau proteins has that risk because the drug action is to break up stuff in the brain. Which can damage small blood vessels.
Good to know, thanks!
I feel like I can actually get a somewhat of a sense of what this person is trying to communicate though. It seems like there’s an actual idea underneath all the confusion. With Trump, I’m not so sure that’s the case.
It’s just severe in Trump. Its progressive. It will continue to get more and more incoherent.
This is why it’s obvious that he’s far more impaired than what most people are guessing.
When he started confabulating , that was another big red flag. Confabulations are something that only starts at severe damage levels.
gonna be honest, i think the drug accelerates als.
Considering that micro brain bleeds are a common side effect. I don’t see how it wouldn’t ultimately do more harm than good.
I read all the documentation on that als drug. The people who wrote it said something like the micro brain bleeds were found with mri scans but cognitive testing didn’t reveal that they caused any impairment.
I was like. Wtf.
Do these people not know how the brain works?Damage is damage. Something has been lost. Regardless if a test found whatever that loss was or not.
Only broad extensive testing of multiple cognitive and motor functions could determine if the micro bleeds were or weren’t doing harm. And there are complications with doing that much testing. Plus why would they want to uncover support for increased loss. ?
That was my first experience working in pharmaceutical research and it honestly has made me certain I never will work in pharm research again.
I wonder how many desperate people are paying for drugs with minimum therapeutic value and much higher risks than they think.
I feel like Alzheimer’s drugs are predatory in nature because we KNOW that you can’t reverse the damage. And there is ample evidence that the processes of dementia likely start in the 30s.
If there is any chance of treating/curing it, it’s going to be identifying it early and treating it then. Like in the 30s. And there already is research on going in that area.
But greedy companies want to drain gramp’s savings before he dies.
And also. The plaque and tau proteins are likely not the cause but a symptom. So drugs that target them are also probably worthless.
There is just so much research on this. It’s unbelievable that they are pushing drugs to target the tau and plaque when we know that’s not the cause.
greedy companies want to drain gramp’s savings before he dies.
weird enough, insurance covered it 100%. like, they covered all his als stuff 100%. i think it had to do something with the war.
I’m glad it was covered for yours. Some insurance is better than others.
thanks! it’s a long and complicated story like it always is. Short version, dad was both in the military (which helped with the insurance, since ALS is considered a service related condition) and he was in a major ongoing medical study involving the brain, so i called in every favor i could in the insurance industry and believe me, i worked in medical accounting for a few decades i had a few levers i had been holding onto for emergencies. everything happened fast and smooth. couldn’t have gotten better care for him.
I’m not “concerned” or “alarmed” that he may be in poor health.
I’m cautiously hopeful that he may be in poor health.
My wife bought a taco truck firework to set off when Trump finally goes to Hell.
I do hope it’s serious
It’s Epsteiniensus.
Please I pray to all 20,000 deities that humanity has worshiped 🙏🏼 can we please start 2026 without Shitler the child raping baby killer

Old fuck donald had a mark, P-A-E-D-O.
Some people are claiming it’s from his Alzheimer’s treatment. I had a senior family member who had bruises on and off for decades, people are looking way too much into this. It’s like talking about Putin’s cancer when they are going to be given the best treatment there is on Earth to treat it.
People are claiming his mental faculties are failing when the truth is he’s just a compulsive egotistical manipulative liar who doesn’t care about being right as long as he sounds right. He will make bullshit up on the spot so that the ignorant who rely on the flimsiest of social cues will think he actually knows what he is talking about. This is false hope, just like the Epstein files. He won’t just topple over, he needs more opposition than he is getting.
I’m not a firm believer of any terminal diagnosis from armchair experts but pinning everything to “just a liar” is also off the mark. You can just look at his behavior and speech patterns over the past decade: he has good and bad days but the bad days are definitely getting worse.
There’s also other verifiable symptoms like his facial droop episodes, leg fluid swelling, these bruises, incontinence, etc… It all adds up to a pretty bleak outlook. High quality healthcare can do a lot for a relatively fit middle aged man, it does less when you’re trying to prop up an obese octogenarian already showing bad symptoms.
Just because he’s getting older doesn’t equate to getting terminal, and recognizing the symptoms of him getting older is just pointing at the clouds.
High quality healthcare can do a lot for a relatively fit middle aged man, it does less when you’re trying to prop up an obese octogenarian already showing bad symptoms.
This is just vague. Immediate availability of more compatible blood and organ donors, real time revisions by specialists, constant nutritional monitoring. I’ve seen people last a lot longer suffering from a lot worse than what people are trying to armchair about how long Trump will last. Putin was a lot more likely to die from his cancer than Trump is from his symptoms.
A few things:
- There’s a Venn diagram of “getting older” and “forgetting what year it is, referencing people that have been dead for decades, nodding off mid meeting, 2 a.m. tweet tirades, mood swings, TIA symptoms, recurring MRIs & cognitive tests, etc…” and the overlap is pretty slim
- Having access to world class healthcare doesn’t guarantee anything when the patient is a powerful narcissist. Steve Jobs died from a very curable cancer because he thought he was too smart to die. If Trump’s doctors tell him to cut out cheese burgers and diet cokes do you think he’ll listen?
- Unlike a simple [death/remission] cancer prognosis, dying isn’t the only ending for the potential systemic issues he could be suffering from. He could deteriorate in any number of ways that can’t be smoothed over with PR and leave him unable to hold office. Think paralyzed, nonverbal, coma, etc…
- The man clearly doesn’t have the drive and ambition to care about his longevity. His goal is to siphon money while continuing to live an opulent lifestyle and die in office (however long that may be). Fear of death isn’t the same thing as will to live, especially as the decades add up.
Just look at the guy, his healthiest attributes are golfing and not smoking/drinking. Assuming he’s just obese and in otherwise perfect health and golfs 40 hours a week (without a cart), a calculator still puts his life expectancy in the mid 80s. Are you really betting that there’s some medical dark arts that will keep him functioning indefinitely? Plenty of richer and more powerful men have died in the same situation with comparable healthcare.
Yes, forgetfulness and falling sleep are signs of getting older. Famously happened with Biden as well. Tirades and mood swings have been his bread and butter ever since he ran for president. Recurring MRIs & cognitive tests, yes, I already referenced he was getting some of the best treatment in the world. If anything that matters is likely, it’s that he could succumb to Alzheimer’s, and he will get all the latest edge treatments for it.
Steve Jobs refused treatment and went all naturalist. Very different. Trump will still get some of the best treatment, and no matter how much diet coke he drinks he will be able to get the best liver transplant money can buy if he hasn’t already.
You are the one betting that somehow death is suddenly going to be catching up to him, I’m just pointing out that’s not a smart plan and that what people should be getting their hopes up are their own combined actions and efforts to take his regime down. Hell, even if he were to die, Vance is right behind him to continue carrying out Project 2025. Talking about his health is essentially just talking about gossip.
When you’re going through regular intravenous treatments, using one arm or another puts stress on the local vascular system, so they switch arms after some time to not cause issues.
This suuurrreee looks like he’s been getting intravenous infusions of some sort. Probably not Chemo because they’d install a port to prevent this exact kind of problem.
I’m sure you’re wrong. He’s just switched to shaking with his other hand.
/s
Probably Leqembi for his Alzheimer’s, although I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s regularly having parts of his blood volume replaced or run through dialysis.
Didn’t he accuse the left of taking injections of young people’s blood?
Every accusation is a confession.
Biden stepped away from politics because of his waning health. It’s interesting to notice the difference in ethics between codgers
However he goes I just hope he shits his pants live on TV first
Him collapsing and falling ass up as a brown stain comes into view is the best case scenario. His death needs to humiliating
didn’t he already piss his pants once?
Maybe he’s stroking Bubba too hard and injuring his hands in the process.
