I supported both wars and I was wrong. I nearly joined the Air Force myself. I really believed they did have WMDs in Iraq, and that Afghanistan was deliberately sheltering bin Laden.

I wish I could say one big thing changed my mind and I was wrong for some good reason. But I can’t even point to anything that the handful of radicals hadn’t already told me in person. I just slowly learned more about the world.

They’ll say No True Christian would do this evil, after saying all that was required was accepting Jesus into their hearts. When someone tells you who they are, believe them.
