Rick Perry is now out there spreading the word about psychedelics, oddly enough.
John Boehner toked up so that Rick Perry could trip balls.
He’s contracted Trump’s tendency to string words together without regard to their meaning.

How is that even legal?
It isn’t; the Privileges and Immunities clause of the constitution has been interpreted by previous SCOTUS decision to mean that people can move freely between the States without restrictions.
However, reactionaries like Abbott know they have ideological allies in the current SCOTUS who are eager to overturn case law in order to advance their shared conservative project.
It’s not just not legal, it’s nonsensical. Like, what does it even mean? How would it even be enforced? It’s just virtue signaling.
That’s not how that works! That’s not how any of this works!
