I didn’t realize pullups involved so much hip movement. He’s doing a hip thrust while the guy beside him is doing the full worm.
It’s like getting a running start to do a curl.
Way better to use one of those assisted pullup machines to work up to one with proper form because this isn’t likely building much muscle and is probably way more likely to cause an injury.
