In an interview, he said that he couldn’t give them another 100k. They’ve done this before.

- DeSantis’ admin committed Medicaid fraud and sent 10 million to his wife’s foundation (Hope Florida) from the Medicaid fund.
- His admin then used the funds for advertising so people voted against marijuana and I think other stuff.
- The grand jury thought he did it but refused to indict. It’s Florida though, to say it’s mob-like is an understatement.
- DeSantis is pissed that it leaked because hopefully, it ruins his career.
Was he about to be busted and that’s why he did this? Maybe to get out in front off it. Something fucky is going on, there is no way that he did this because it was the right thing to do.

A hearing on Kilmar Ábrego Garcia’s deportation case is abruptly canceled
Abrego Garcia was in the courtroom Tuesday but Judge Xinis never took the bench. Instead attorneys for both sides left the courtroom about five minutes before the hearing was supposed to begin. They held a 15-minute conference and then the hearing was canceled. No announcement was made in court as to why the hearing was canceled.
This seems to be being handled like the Epstein case.

In truth, both Fox figures are slightly overstating matters. The poll does show Talarico up by seven points among registered voters, 53–46. But it shows his lead is much tighter among likely voters, 51–49. The latter might matter more.

I agree. If you watch Jon Stewart interview him, he feigns not understanding when it gets uncomfortable. During another pod, Jon was discussing with his fellow podders that he felt kind of bad about how hard he was on Fetterman. The fellow podders said someone after the pod and behind the scenes, asked Fetterman about something. Fetterman pulled a GOP and asked who they were with and got in their face about it. Conman to the core.
