All that time the state of North Carolina did not let me join a union but I could join a professional organization like NCAE. So now I am not a professional so can teachers join a union now? And after reading the article I see that it will be shutting people out of getting these degrees because they have to take out loans for graduate school and post graduate work. So basically those who are in the middle of studies right now can expect to be left high and dry next fall.
