My favourite bit of all of this.

The Defense Secretary pointed to his own regimen as an example. “It all starts with physical fitness and appearance,” he said. “If the Secretary of War can do regular, hard PT [physical training], so can every member of our joint force.”

“Today at my direction, every member of the joint force, at every rank, is required … [to] meet height and weight requirements twice a year every year,” Hegseth added.

Someone remind me what fat orange bag of festering mayonnaise if at the top of these joint forces. I forget his name. I don’t really see him doing jumping jacks.

No, this is a great idea. We should all get on Social Media and challenge the Snowflake-in-chief’s ability to do the jumping jacks he is asking his troops to do. Taunt him with old videos of Jack LaLanne, since he seems stuck in the 80’s culturally. With any luck, the problem will solve itself.

    In the speech he said

"As history teaches us, the only people who actually deserve peace are those who are willing to wage war to defend it. That’s why pacifism is so naive and dangerous. It ignores human nature and ignores human history. Either you protect your people and your sovereignty or you become subservient to something or someone. "

That sounds like an invitation for true patriots to “fix” the current administration.

The most dangerous person is the world, is one convinced of their own righteousness.

They love to talk tough about 2A, and the three boxes of freedom, and peace thru power, right up until someone takes them up on it.

They literally renamed the Department of Defense to the Department of War. How more explicit do we need them to be?

Considering everyone in the room knows the Commander in Chief wouldn’t be able to pass the basic reading tests for recruits, I’d say this just doesn’t hit home as well as they all hope it does.

So the military is going to do what they’ve been doing for decades. PT tests happen every six months already.

Honest, genuine question: would there be any point in this descent into fascism where you’d give up on this tactic?

I suppose I can still understand it at this stage: most conflict is still abroad, only 9 months in to the presidency, and the Epstein revelations are still fresh, but how long will you push this?

Will you still be shouting about Epstein once the first protestor is killed by ICE? What about after the first civilian doors are busted down? What about after trans people are definitively criminalized? What about after the first train is loaded up? What about after the first mass grave is discovered? What about after a few tens of thousands of Americans have been exterminated?

I’m not saying everything above is going to happen, but supposing they did, would you still be shouting Epstein? Because at this point, it appears as if you, along with the rest of the Epstein crowd, will be shouting about it regardless of however far we are into the fascist descent. I dont understand that.

I responded lower. There’s actually no point engaging with people who are so happy to bend over and do nothing.

I’m sorry, the files will come out, there will be an uprising and he will be removed. And that will only be the start. You can screenshot your comment to show to your grandkids.

Why are you getting snippy and evasive? My question was honest and genuine. Will you answer it?

Honest answer: no. Epstein is the joker card.

Pull it, and Trump falls. And because Trump falls, and he’s so vindictive, Thiel, Vance, Musk will get damaged or fall too. And then there’s the smart layer of rich pedophiles that will get exposed, not to mention prominent Democrats, SC Justices, the royal family, Wall St. bankers.

With enough pressure, this will dismantle the current power structure and we can start afresh.

The war they are fighting right now is to avoid having to lose this one.

Is it a tall order? Yes, but what is at stake?

If you have a better plan to bring down the bastards, I’m all ears.

Trump could have sex with little boys on live national TV and it wouldn’t matter any more. I don’t know why the old school democrats keep thinking this will solve anything.
