All houses are mostly beige-y white, or soft dark colors or something boring. All cars are black, white, or boring shades of blue, maybe red. No interesting shades. And then the inside of the car is like beige.

Meanwhile electronics, especially computer parts have too many fucking lights that are distracting as shit.

Vikings ended like an episode or two after Ragnar died. It didn’t need to drag on with everyone’s stories so Ling after amd it all just went nowhere. It needed to end after the sons got their vengeance and celebrated. Everything after that was stupid.

On the east coast of the US, most parking lots are wide enough for 2.5-3 cars. Much wider than a single perpendicular parking space. Backing out into that wide driving path is so much simpler than backing into a single car-width.

Regardless, I simply am going off my experience having to sit and watch and wait as people constantly take far longer to back-in than when I have to wait for those backing out.

If you back-in to park in a typical parking lot, instead of just pulling in, I fucking hate you. I don’t give a shit what your dumbass excuses are. It’s NEVER faster or safer. There’s no epidemic of backing over people. You could back in over someone same as backing out over someone. But that basically never happens anyways. But there’s certainly shitloads of morons who clearly can’t handle their vehicles or geometry and inconvenience the hell out of others as we sit and wait forever for your poor attempts to back-in and then straighten out two more times.

For everyone’s insistence on doing this, they sure as hell fucking suck at it.

Now go buy a smaller car since you can’t handle yours, learn to pull in and back out since it’s simpler, and stop justifying the idiocy.

And don’t give me this religion vs spirituality bullshit. Very clearly the vast majority are affected by religion. It ain’t my job to sort through that when 99% are clearly bad apples.

I’m speaking from actual personal traumatic experiences from childhood home, multiple churches, multiple schools, and lots of extended family and family friends. Fuck. Them. All.

Absolutely. With all forms of art, I feel this is an extension of the Death of the Author concept, in that you separate the art from the artist, and it has less to do with what the artist intended and more to do with your take and interpretation of something, good or bad, and it’s effect and meaning for you.

For example, due to my childhood and lots of past trauma, I harbor some deeply resentful and hateful feelings toward Christians and Christianity in general. However, there are some Christian rock and metal bands I have always loved, and a lot of their music doesn’t always scream religion at me. I appreciate and enjoy some of these still today, despite the fact they ultimately are representing something I detest. The way I enjoy it and what it means to me is different from what they intended.

I remember reading back in December/January that it’s going to be a mix of Unreal Engine 5 and the Gamebryo Engine from the original.

None of my community raised an effective adult. But they sure tried to raise an indoctrinated subservient guilt-riddled sack of shit.

Fuck religion and fuck people who pressure it on others, especially children, and so many of them use it all as an excuse to cover the fact they are ultimately just shitty people.

Thanks to them I feel like 2 decades of my life were stolen from me and I had to relearn and grow up a lot in my 20s to get out of it.

Sure is interesting in religion how there’s a neverending amount of pointing at YOUR need to change, but none of those pointing ever seem to change or improve as humans.

I would do it soon before they gut IRS and have a government shutdown.

Some people put way too much stock in “common sense” as some blanket assumption and insult to lob at anything and everything they don’t like.

They internally define what they believe to be “common” and everything that deviates is outside of that. They use it to fuel their own sense of self satisfaction and smugness, while additionally fueling negativity and hatred for others.

It fuels their toxicity and comes to define their view of everything, which is typically grossly oversimplified for their own needs.

I think some would argue that class warfare is a cold war already happening.

Heh. I explicitly DON’T and I feel it’s those businesses and people’s problem. There are other methods. Not everyone uses Facebook.
