Realistically pardons are the stupidest presidential power. I understand they are necessary but the way Trump is using them should be unconstitutional.

I don’t think most democrats have an issue with defending trans rights. The issue is instead of dealing with issues that affect the majority, they only deal with issues that affect the minority. Defeats the entire purpose of the 2nd amendment and they were 100% correct to strike this down.
