The midterms are an emergency break, even if the Dems win the most likely outcome is that the legislative branch can at least try to counter some of Trump’s nonsense IE Iran but otherwise will simply work as not being a rubber stamp.
Personally I’m not expecting much, but the possibility that he cant appoint any more judges in the courts is good enough by itself let alone the possibility that there are no more funding bills passed.
What do you think would be different? Seriously.
They won’t pass minimum wage increase, they won’t impose term limits, they won’t make an age cap, they won’t pass universal healthcare, and so on.
They won’t release the Epstein files. You know, like every other time for 20 years
