A mysterious bulge spotted on President Donald Trump’s backside has sparked fresh speculation about his health.

The peculiar bump poking through the 80-year-old president’s suit was spotted in a video posted on X by outgoing White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt from a rally on Long Island on Friday.

In the video, Trump descends from the stage and walks towards the crowd, with the backside of his suit visibly bulging outward as if something rigid were tucked underneath it.

      What Does a Leg Compression Machine Do?

      Leg compression machines—called intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) machines in the medical community—are sleeves or cuffs with air chambers that are worn around the legs and, occasionally, the feet. At certain intervals, air pumps through connector tubes and inflates the sleeves, squeezing your legs similar to the way a blood pressure cuff works on your upper arm. This squeezing motion forces blood through the veins all the way to the heart. When the sleeve deflates, blood flows back to the legs.     Probably a electronic exoskeleton to help him stand and walk for long periods of time. Those exist for industry to reduce strain and for old people to remain mobile. This looks like the upper rim of that bulging out while walking bent forward.
