A mysterious bulge spotted on President Donald Trump’s backside has sparked fresh speculation about his health.
The peculiar bump poking through the 80-year-old president’s suit was spotted in a video posted on X by outgoing White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt from a rally on Long Island on Friday.
In the video, Trump descends from the stage and walks towards the crowd, with the backside of his suit visibly bulging outward as if something rigid were tucked underneath it.

It’s a battery pack
I wonder if they got him set up for those calf compression wraps they use in hospitals to help with circulation.
Leg compression machines—called intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) machines in the medical community—are sleeves or cuffs with air chambers that are worn around the legs and, occasionally, the feet. At certain intervals, air pumps through connector tubes and inflates the sleeves, squeezing your legs similar to the way a blood pressure cuff works on your upper arm. This squeezing motion forces blood through the veins all the way to the heart. When the sleeve deflates, blood flows back to the legs. These devices help blood move more efficiently through the veins. They also can help the body release substances that prevent blood clots.
