It’s a phrase straight out of Ayn Rand, which probably isn’t a coincidence.
Note the term titans of industry dates back to the gilded age and predates Rand, which is honestly quite a bit worse.
Nobody who’s speaking seriously could possibly refer to ALASKA as “our small state.”
