    There’s just no good reason. Might as well legislate that girls wear pink and boys wear blue. Equally as baseless and invasive of free expression.

      They’ve already done a lot to hurt trans students, so they’re expanding the range of people they attack.

      They haven’t stopped the earlier attacks, so the “worrying” isn’t gone.

    Wake County officials told WRAL that employee dress codes cannot be enforced in a way that discriminates against a protected class, which includes gender identity.

    Not for long. This is a red state, not a “purple state” despite misconceptions. The republican-dominated state Supreme Court will just enshrine whatever terrible thing they want into law regardless of legislation.

    It’s so nice that U.S. politicians give people these kinds of things to talk about so they don’t have to focus on the healthcare and food and education they’re not getting.
