Early Voting in Texas starts on October 19th and continues through October 30th. These counties are enrolled in the County-Wide Voting Program. You can get all the information about voting in Texas Here
Vote early, you have 12 days to get up and vote. The lines are short, there is no reason you can’t find the time between 7am and 7pm to wait 15 minutes in line and vote on one of those 12 days.
ICE will be doing its best to provoke an “active public safety threat” wherever it can during the elections. They’ll turn up and start grabbing people out of voting lines, or just threatening people, and as soon as anyone protests it will be an active public safety threat. Then they’ll either shut the polling venue down or cause so much trouble outside that no one dare approach. Once the election is done and there just happened to be active public safety threats in Democratic-leaning areas only, the Democrats will decide they have to play by the rules and accept the result in order to protect democracy.

There is no mechanism for it. Short of universal action, this would not happen. The sham election results would stand.
So then we’re at secession, I guess.
