    Maybe start growing your own?

    Food production is basically just a handful of monopolies at this point, your area is probably either supplied by Taylor or not

      I appreciate the idea and agree that would be a good thing. But I need to express that the chances of that ever happening at this point are really quite low.

        I can relate. I inherited 3 raised boxes this year, put them together, and they’re still waiting to be set out and filled. Maybe next year me will finish what this year me started.

        I will say, setting up a small basic herb garden and lettuce is super easy, low maintenance, and forgiving as far as growing plants goes.

          Not too late to start fall lettuce or even kale. You need to find out what variety grows well in your area though.
