    Keep in mind there’s a block from a different lawsuit already so this affects nothing at the moment. Guess we’ll see what happens. Entire thing is fucking ridiculous.

    The complications is that there are at least four major threads of this going on in different districts and judges. Two in front of Talwani in Massachusetts, this one in DC district, plus another in DC District in front of Nichols.

    Tracking all of it is going to be difficult amongst the noise.
