Its actually good when Wehrmacht troops are killed before they can slaughter civillians. As for my feelings about it, I would classify it as more relief than delight, although delight at the impending fall of the burger Reich is also a part of it.

Look in the mirror: if you’re happy to see someone dead you are EXACTLY THE SAME as someone who joined up.

Or worse, because lots of folks join with the expectations that they will not be asked to kill unless it’s reasonable, and will do some good. You’re just happy to see people you don’t like it understand dead. Congratulations! It’s you!

This is what the lingering DNA of a church-dominated society does to people’s brains. “All violence is morally equivalent, and all feelings about that violence are morally equivalent” is a fairy tale for children meant to condition them into compliance with an indefensibly monstrous social order by using metaphysics to equate the violence of oppression with the violence of liberation. It’s only one or two steps removed from “If you celebrate violence against the King’s men, you are a knave in the eyes of God.” It’s religious magical thinking that only serves the powerful. Not only is this idea of automatic equivalence stupid and unscientific, it also runs contrary to the way people actually exist in the actual world. In the actual world, people are happy for the peace that comes when a slaughterer’s rampage is ended. Or do you think that Palestinian resistance fighters are somehow “the same” as the IDF fascists they battle? Do you think they take no delight in the moment of the kill?

Deeply stunted and unserious view on violence, the empire thanks you for your servility masquerading as “moral uprightness”. While you claim the moral high ground, the enemy claims the actual high ground and rains death on you.

        EXACTLY THE SAME

not at all lol. OP is probably not signing up to deploy abroad so they can murder children for oil. they even openly condemn that, which is already much better by itself.

They are cheering for dead troops. Those troops happen to include 17 year old from poor families. They are, unironically and with great enthusiasm, cheering about dead 17 year olds.

I just struggle to see that as good.

I don’t remember US troops been force to go to Iran to bomb schools. Just following orders doesn’t work.

You’re just happy to see people you don’t like it understand dead.

Yeah it’s make me really happy to see dead nazis.
