Sulfuric Acid isn’t ideal for dissolving bodies, because it doesn’t dissolve bones well. It has many legitimate uses such as water purification, which the article points out.

Honestly with all the terrible shit we know happened, I don’t understand the urge to turn this into an episode of Dexter. Is child-abuse island it not interesting enough?

It’s a fair probabilistic inference in my eyes. If even a small percentage of the things we have an extremely high confidence he did happened. I wouldn’t put this past him either.

You ever see piranha solution go to work? It’s fucking terrifying…

All it is is sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide…

The precipitate from dissolving flesh and bone in it is water, carbon dioxide, and gypsum. Dump what’s left in the ocean and the gypsum will dissolve. Alternately, and sickeningly more likely if all this shit is true, is that gypsum has a ton of practical uses, drywall and cosmetics being a few…

Edit: since we’re already well into tinfoil hat territory, I went ahead and googled “epstein gypsum” and this popped up.

If they’d watched Breaking Bad they’d know you’d want to use hydrofluoric acid

Is child-abuse island it not interesting enough?

Given that Republican accusations tend to be admissions, in combination with the Qanon stuff about democrat baby eating demon cults… I think people are expecting there to be kernels of truth to some of the more murderous stuff.

Supposedly the Breaking Bad producers intentionally chose an acid that wouldn’t work.

Hope it didn’t come across as a “hey idiot” kind of remark, more jokes are typically a good thing. It’s one of those substances where I try to maintain a healthy level of discomfort so I don’t settle into bad habits and complacency. I have done unwise things with other hazardous materials before but that one gets all the personal protective equipment.

And then if they’d watched Mythbusters they’d know it’s actually hard to quickly dissolve a body because of how heterogeneous our parts are, pH-wise

So I just saw a thing where Epstein compares young women to shrimp in a 2013 email. “Some are like shrimp. You throw away the head and keep the body.”

Its not about it being an episode of anything, its horrible. Its that this is a world wide trafficking ring. Do you think there arent bodies?..Where would they put them? I mean if some serial killers could murder tons as just one person… imagine a world wide ring that’s been going on for decades now… no way there arent any bodies at all. I mean… Come on…

Dump them off a boat 10 mins from shore?

Like the mysterious hatch was probably for stealthy entrances and exits. Dumping bodies would habituate sharks/etc to hang out down there /nearby I’d imagine; and that doesn’t seem useful.

You’re still thinking too small. They don’t have to hide bodies, they pay people to do that. He had several gynaecologists on payroll he sent girls to, so may have had corroners and others too.

I feel like it’s being born out of that sense that there’s more to the story.

Seems pretty clear we don’t know the whole story yet and given what we already know, it makes sense that the rest is worse.

So where are all the comments about daily mail not being trustworthy now?
Why isn’t this downvoted to oblivion when a story about false accusation of rape was? With comments all over the place on how daily mail is untrustworthy and had an agenda!
Is this part of that agenda too? Because that seems a bit weird IMO.

Because everything is speculation so long as the Trump regime keeps playing cover up.

Also at this current point every medium is on a level playing field. You see a tik tok about the files? You can verify the specific file yourself. Nobody is more credible than anyone right now because we’re all accessing the same primary source.
