Lets just accept that none of these people know what a person rights are. Even if they do they know they don’t have to honor them. Their denial of basic rights make them criminal but once again no lawful agency will act to stop it. In these circumstances there will eventually be a massacre. One that no lawful agency will act on except to punish those that are not state supported participants.

Yeah, you might need to read some of the journals from the soldiers and maybe remember they evolved into the Klansmen now sitting in office. Not saying the articulated, states-rights reasons. I’m talking on the personal level of those who volunteered to fight for the South.
