You can say they are wrong, you can say they are immoral, but that doesn’t change the fact people have started to have serious negative feelings towards DEI stuff - and companies are noticing it.
Companies want money, they don’t give a shit about DEI. They only have a shit about it when it was beneficial to them and their pocket. DEI went hard when it used to pump their stock cause ESG and shit - it ain’t like that no more.
People are starting to dislike it and it’s only gonna get more intense.
As time goes on DEI will be affecting company earnings negatively more and more - and thus they will stop the DEI stuff. SIMPLE.
