I blame the Bible for mass shootings, and I guarantee that there is more evidence to support my claim than his.

    Ban the bible!

Yes, it’s mostly a US-only issue but you know that other countries, Australia, looking at you, that love to be ban happy with any flimsy justification.

I wonder if we can actually use this to our advantage. Microsoft paid $60billion for one of the most popular violent games, CoD. Can we force them to choose between political pressure or money?

So explain why violent crimes plummeted when PlayStation and GTA came out. It’s lead poisoning from leaded gasoline. We cut that out and it’s been trending down. If violent video games have any impact, it’s likely to reduce physical violence instead of increase it.

So along that line of logic, does all media with graphic violence cause murderous tendencies?

Classic. This is why I shit up every school I ever went to.

    /S

This has been disproven so many times. People with mental health issues shoot up schools.

Oh I see, so you would say someone who wanted to kill people can have good mental health? Interesting point of view.

Arent Mental disabilities and mental health issues different? When I hear someone talk about a mental disability I think of something like a learning disability, or autism. I dont believe they have the propensity to be violent anymore or less than the average. Mental health, however, I think are more states of the mind and can happen to anyone with or without mental disability. Mental health episodes cause one to think and believe in extraordinary circumstances which causes people to do extraordinary things. Im fairly certain thats what the op was talking about.
