    Clarification guys and gals:

When the Vice president leaves office, they usually get protection for 6 months unlike the president that gets protection for life.

Biden granted Harris extended protection for whatever reason.

Trump cancelled Biden’s order… resulting in Harris going back to standard 6 months of protection.

Trump is still an asshat for this and he has a history of cancelling protection for those he holds a grudge against.

    Still a dick move.

Biden granted Harris extended protection for whatever reason.

The assassin who targeted Trump in Butler also had his sights on Biden and other prominent Democrats. It’s not unreasonable to think that he might have had her best interests at heart considering the extremely tense political climate following those events and how she was elevated to center stage when he dropped out the race.

Do you know how long the extension was for? For life also, or just a longer duration?

I heard from credible source SleepyBear that it was extended by a extra year.

I’m not sure what the time frame was… But whatever it was, 6 months or a year or more, it was not normal practice. Trump just likes to say fuck this Biden policy wherever.

I swear Biden could have issued an order saying puupies are cute and Trump would rescind it simply because it was Biden

I know doesn’t matter but does Trump even have the authority to do this? I mean is it normally the president job to give out secret service protection?

I’m pretty sure he’s committed about a hundred crimes he wasn’t even convicted of, along with the 34 he was convicted of

He’s starting to realize that he’s going to need as much secret service for himself as he can get given that the number of people who can’t stand him is constantly growing.
