we’vr had sleeper cells of nazis and bootlickers on “both” sides of the aisles for a century or so because they’re all actually aged capitalists. When capitalists feel like their quality of life and profit is threatened, by labor or technology, they will work toward two things:

Moving the overton window in small steps as they test the waters and then implementing actual fascism in the waters where their tests succeeded.

Notice the areas with martial law are not really big on public ownership of guns or understanding of castle doctrine? That’s on purpose.

Personally I support “The Great Repossession”. Time to take back what they stole from the working class. Just take back their assets.

Hey now, don’t forget Clarence Thomas. He’s worked very hard to be as evil as possible. Sometimes old black men can be racist in their own way.

    This is already illegal.

Racial profiling is considered illegal in the United States as it violates the 14th Amendment’s equal protection clause, which guarantees all individuals protection from discrimination based on race or ethnicity.

Also, if there is no suspicion of a crime, it is illegal to detain someone. Otherwise that’s kidnapping.

These issues have been litigated many times.
