- Hudson Hawk
- Kentucky Fried Movie (multiple stupid plots)
- Airplane 2 (1 actually had pretty common “disaster movie” plot for the time)
- Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure

Saw this at a screening in DC. Bruce Campbell was there for a post movie Q&A.

Y’all expect to get real news from a .ml community!?

Can we just stop calling it the “far right?” By now, unless they’re actually wearing hoods or dressing in 1940s Hugo Boss, they’re just “the right.” That’s where we are.

Write a 2-page essay, by hand, covering why the US Constitution lays out the government it does. Do this alone with a proctor watching. The paper will be anonymously graded by a panel of high school teachers. If you get less than an A, you can’t run.
Also take AP Government and History tests. Also need an A on those.
Finally, live 6 months on your country’s median income in your country’s capital city. No outside help. Apply for, and take on a job where you aren’t “running” something, but rather “doing” something.

Coming soon from the SCOTUS: “But in this specific case, that’s not true. No precedent . Just this one time.”

This can’t be said enough!

I was maybe around 12 or 13, I think, maybe a little younger. I had a recurring nightmare for about a month where a guy would break into the house I was in (so if I was at a sleepover, he broke into THAT house!) and started brutally killing everyone but me. Not especially unique, but the guy’s head was a perfect chrome sphere, so I could see my reflection in it along with the distorted reflections of his actions. Rough few weeks, there.
Way later, in my early 30s I think, my GF at the time was sleeping next to me, and I dreamt that I was having an argument with my mom about having to kill my GF! Weird thing was neither one of us wanted to do it, but we both agreed it had to be done and that I had to do it - no idea why. This was really strange b/c my mom is the opposite of overbearing, and never had a problem with my GF; so this nightmare version was not at all her.

Especially given there’s absolutely no way in Hell $175b will cover a fraction of the cost of such a defense system. They will have lost health insurance in exchange for a small piece of vaporware.

Would certainly explain his willingness to get into bed with Trump. Birds of a feather and all.

Weird seeing Elon dressed like a normal person.

First question, and it’s important: Are you Doc Brown?
They do, just don’t copy/paste because they ignore that. Use the ACLU form letter and, ahem, your reading of the bill/news surrounding it, to write your own letter.
The death of American democracy!

Y’all, it would make me ecstatic to be completely wrong with this hot take. I guess it’s a combination of my lack of faith in the citizenship to give enough of a shit, and my lack of faith in our government to listen.
Don’t remember him talking about that, but I do remember him being asked about making another Evil Dead movie. His answer was, “you’ll have to get Sam to walk away from his multimillion dollar checks for making Spider-Man movies long enough to do another Evil Dead, but I’d be all for it!”
