B) while not technically illegal afaik, there are a number of countries that would almost certainly ban the game if it showed children being killed. My understanding is that’s why child deaths occasionally show up in movies and TV, but tend to be avoided like the plague in video games.

As an American stuck in a red state, I support this. However I’m also concerned this could have the unintended side effect of trump forcefully taking over blue states and moving industry there. Or else destroying industry in blue states to force countries to buy from red states.

Will the courts care? If the answer to both is “no”, then try it in a few other states and if all goes well, you know that no one will likely interfere at a federal level either.

Considering using it as an excuse to upgrade my PC to an actual high-end rig to avoid tariffs on PC parts. Never had a PC that was actually “high-end” but this could be an excuse to build one. Aside from that, not much at the moment. There’s too much shit that’ll be affected by tariffs and aside from my PC, I can’t really see myself buying anything new that’ll truly last me four years. As such, there’s not much of a way for me to dodge tariffs.
