Just a reminder that additional farm subsidies were also issued during Trumps first administration because of his trade war with China and Europe. They disproportionately benefited wealthy corporate farms over smaller individual owned farms.

Does the USDA plan to process applications for the estimated 41.7 MILLION people who recieve SNAP benefits at once, after they all reapply at the same time? And they think that not only can they do that, but that they can do it with greater scrutiny than the first time they applied when their wasn’t a manufactured overload of work?
Supreme Court already decided that the president of the United States has immunity for any and all official acts. There are no laws that apply Trump at the moment. All he has to do is wrap his actions or inactions in some flimsy pretext of it being an official act of the office of the president.
Though I appreciate these cases continuing to slap the Supreme Court justices in the face for their disastrous ruling.
