To a question about Trump’s remarks about Canada becoming the 51st U.S. state, the newly elected Carney replied, “There are some places that are never for sale … having met with the owners of Canada over the course of the campaign, it’s not for sale. It won’t be for sale ever.”

Trump quipped on a couple of occasions that it was “all about time,” and to “never say never” to the idea of Canada’s annexation by the U.S.

Honestly if I was trump or musk I would very scared if I was in a room with bernie on the off chance that he snapped and had a gun or explosives, not something that would happen but fun to imagine them running scared of a little old man

I wish they both wouldn’t use terms like “for sale” and “ownership” when referring to a sovereign state.

You know that Carney spoke smartly when the news reports his words over Trump’s, despite the fact Trump was blabbering for 90% of the time over his usual nonsense.
