This already holds true now. The trade agreement between the US and Canada is the one that he signed. He went back on it anyway. And then after you guys appeased him by dedicating $1.3 billion to a nonexistent fentanyl issue, he did it again.
I don’t entirely mind that initial effort to just show how utterly fruitless playing by their rules are, and that this has nothing to do with fentanyl at all.
