I am not talking about the MRT system. I see that everyday.
I am currently in Singapore and I swear I haven’t seen daylight in two days. My hotel is directly connected to this MRT and Mall. I am just underground and everything is so huge down here.
I wonder is this a city under the city?
Not exactly a map, but here’s an article about some of their underground passages. I don’t think there’s a whole city under the city. Just a network of underpasses that connect buildings, because of the heat and all. Taipei has something similar.

Local SG here, as far as I know direct underground connections between buildings are only common within the city area - head to the heartlands / fringes and you’ll see some sunlight
I tried Google Maps Live View (i.e. AR View) to navigate underground, but it’s a hit or miss.
I guess you are unlikely to find a complete map due to security (the military kind, not annoying teens) concerns.
