Planning to continue working on next album this weekend. It’s been 6 months since I paused because of being busy.
Option 1: soy sauce + mirin + gochujang + honey or sugar + sesame oil
Option 2: soy sauce + mirin + sake + honey or sugar
The latter more than the former.
Visited an island near my hometown. It’s not much of a tourist spot so there was only one hotel. We stayed overnight and had dinner and breakfast the next morning in the hotel. While on the boat on the way back to the mainland, I was feeling a little weird already. I thought I was just getting seasick so I brushed it off. When we got back, that’s where I started puking and shitting alternately for the entire day, had a fever, and wasn’t feeling good for the next 3 days. I don’t even remember what we ate anymore, but that was definitely the worst.
Mullvad has recently made their google search proxy free for everyone. It’s a good alternative to startpage: https://leta.mullvad.net/
So is it a good time to buy?
The “no flex zone” song in the wingstop commercial that everyone who watches the NBA had to endure. Glad they finally changed it to Tommy Richman’s Million Dollar Baby.
Not exactly a map, but here’s an article about some of their underground passages. I don’t think there’s a whole city under the city. Just a network of underpasses that connect buildings, because of the heat and all. Taipei has something similar.

Until I finish showering. It’s the last step I do.
Hard to compare in my case. I’m the same age as my mom when she had me, and we were multiple kids at that point. At the time we were probably smack dab middle class and were living comfortably. On the other hand I’m better off in the sense that I’m in another country that has a higher standard of living and way higher salaries, and we don’t have kids. So technically more money to spend than they did having to support kids.
As a musician, it’s music for me. And not just music per se. There’s an art to producing and mixing a good song that it hits my ears just right when it’s executed perfectly.
If you’re nervous, you can ask the bartender/server to put in half the alcohol when preparing the drink. That’s what I do because I get the asian flush, so I can drink “more”.
I try to prioritize the community on my instance. If there isn’t one, I post on the most active instance.
My gas oven has vents like this. So when it’s actively burning gas to get it up to temp, that’s where the exhaust comes out.
My oven’s vents point directly up my face. So when you stand in front of the stovetop while baking something, you’re directly exposed to the fumes of burning gas.
Doesn’t micro-manage.
Like the picture in the post, furniture assembly. I enjoy assembling simple furniture (couches, chairs, storage, etc.) and trying to figure out the documentation, especially if it’s made in china with inaccurate instructions, missing or unlisted parts, and the entire thing not in english.
+1 for lemm.ee. The admin team is awesome, the instance is very stable, and the users are pretty chill. It’s like the meme where there’s a guy with a bong while the other people (aka the 2-3 biggest instances) are fighting.
Fire in the Sky. Oh wait, maybe I shouldn’t have. I haven’t watched it again since because I was so traumatized as a kid watching it. Maybe I have the guts to watch it now decades later.
