Senate control could come down to Alaska. Can Republicans really refuse to certify or seat Mary Peltola if she wins? Probably not. But they sure can gum things up.
That would be very bad for any future vote prospects for them. I personally will “give” them votes one last time, in 2028, to get us out of this. However, if they fail to capitalize on it and deal out appropriate consequences BY 2030 I’ll never do it again. They blew their chance in 2021; they fuck up this bad twice and it’s done.
