I think he has a better chance right now of being killed by some racist, fake-christian manchurian candidate, than actually being allowed to lead (or show Americans there is another way).

I pray to God i’m wrong, but it’s up to Texans to decide that.

I’m not so optimistic about that. Cornered animals act out in violent ways.

I really hope i’m wrong. He seems like the best of us.

He seems like the best of us.

      Like I said…

The policy is what people want, it’s why they’re popular.

They only seem like they’re unusually charismatic on top of that, because we’re used to neoliberals and Republicans who can’t just do the easy popular stuff, because they’re bankrolled to stop it.

Not trying to take anything away from him, he put the work in.

But the only reason people think he’s exceptional is they’re used to neoliberals being pushed thru biased primaries

Which is literally the best defense against political assaninations and what Bernie’s been screaming from the rooftop for generations: That it’s easy to stop a person but no one can stop a nationwide movement

If any politician is essential to the movement, than we’re fucking up and need to fix it before it’s exploited. Same reason term limits are a good thing even if it makes some household progressive names leave the stage. Numbers are vastly on our side. The vast majority of people (when their basic needs are met) are decent people and would make great political representatives.

That’s why the oligarchs arent satisfied having more, they want the rest of us under the mental effects of resource scarcity because that prevents us from uniting against them and taking our shit back. But all it takes to beat that, is people feeling like they have access to enough resources that they can afford to care about others. Very few people keep choosing money, and most of them are just due to the fear of being with the masses. If the masses are fine, there goes the stick that keeps them class traitors.
