Donnie thinks he knows space because of his uncle who died in 1985, but has to dress that up in a “Space Force”, because exploring place without making it sound macho might be gay.
Also, donnie wants to prop up the AI bubble to make more money for himself, so has to dress it up in creating an “AI Force” with a “czar” leading it. Remember when everyone was having the vapors over Obama’s “czars”?
And with this, donnie wants a fancy ballroom and a fancy arch, but has to dress it up in war talk.
