Sen. John Fetterman is lashing out at former aides who accused him of showing indifference toward his work and of routinely skipping constituent meetings, dismissing them as “disgruntled staffers” pushing “smears” to tarnish his reputation.
The first-term Pennsylvania Democrat broke his silence this weekend after The Wall Street Journal published text messages and cited former staffers who contended Fetterman has grown more keen on ingratiating himself with conservative media than on the critical work expected of a United States senator.
Now, former Fetterman staffers have created an anonymous account on X and are threatening to share further unflattering details about the senator, who is facing sagging approval ratings within his own party amid battles with the left over Israel, Iran and immigration — all as he stares at a potential run for reelection in 2028. The senator bluntly warned in July that he would leave the Democratic Party if it adopts an anti-Israel policy — one of his most direct threats yet.
Don’t forget that Schumer and Jeffries are behind this ogre 100%. If they wanted to close ranks and force these poison pills to heel they would do it. But they don’t. The whole party needs a hostile takeover.

Neoliberals since 2016 used the “victory fund” to steal from state parties and hoard it, then doled it out when people they did something they wanted.
If someone did something the neoliberals didn’t like, theyd pressure the state party to disown that politician, and if they didn’t they’d cut off funds to the whole state.
2 weeks after Schumer and Jefferies got leadership, Ken Martin got the DNC and key to the “victory fund”. He stopped the program and dumped all that money back to state parties already.
It’s not just that Schumer and Jefferies no longer have access to that power, that power is gone.

We have a non biased DNC and are actively reading the rewards, if you think now is the time for any sort of takeover of the DNC, you e fallen for neoliberal propaganda.
If you want to move the party even more left, get active in the primary. When a Dem becomes president they name the chair. We need to make sure that’s someone like AOC and not someone like Newsom
