I have an educated guess as to the why. Name ends in “z” and from the picture it seems he is non-white. That’s apparently enough under the Miller-Donnie doctrine.
Am I close?
ICE can detect medical emergencies, so when the detected that he was brown and not having a medical emergency they broke in to give him assistance.
