I have my doubts on #5.
When Trump dies, Vance immediately becomes the President. At most, Trump could instruct Vance in that scenario to nuke Iran. Vance would (probably) not do that. Vance could have had this conversation and agree to the idea, but I doubt he would actually follow through. Vance is a grifter at the end of the day.
Wow I had completely missed #5, but Trump really did make a mention of that back in July.
