Shell is selling every solar farm it owns in the Netherlands. The five sites, plus a combined wind and solar park at Pottendijk near Emmen, are going to the French oil company TotalEnergies.     Investing in the future costs money and lowers our quarterly profits, just sell it off so the investors get bigger numbers immediately.

    ugh not a good sign at all.

    electrification looked to be right around the corner but i guess we have to boil the planet a bit further for the shareholders.
