Carrots (and corn) have come in a variety of colors since time immemorial.

Purple is the old carrot. Orange is newer.

I have grown orange, yellow, and purple carrots. They are all yummy.

Purple carrots have a better taste, in my opinion. Not perfectly interchangeable with the standard orange ones, so having the option for both would be nice

I’ve had them. Well. We bought some and the very next day they were already limp and wet and grody. So maybe next batch will be better?
