    Sure, tariffs are a thing. And navigating things like international trade agreements is a thing that indeed requires nuance and intelligence and being artful, not someone like Donvict announcing it on a ridiculous “social media” outlet, based on late-night vibes he gets.

    Also, until Donvict came along, the supposed stance of “principled conservatives” (yeah, lol) was to be against protectionism. The fact that they are mum or even supportive of tariffs now demonstrates yet another example of a plank of “conservatism” that they never really cared about.

    Other than the tax cuts, handouts to corporations and the 1% of the 1%, racism, and the tribalism of saying one is a conservative, I think the era of Donvict has demonstrated that there really isn’t anything else to this supposed ideology, because I think they’ve violated every single plank.
