that’s a MUCH smaller volume than i expected; the one specific buick model my parents bought in 1993 peaked at 109,000 units for that single year alone and it was one of hundreds of models detroit sold.
it makes me wonder fewer cars are being sold now-a-days.
I like how China became the top car exporting country despite being locked out of the US market and restricted in most of European markets.
Really highlights how the west is no longer economically relevant.
