          Blasting him for this seems a bit silly, he was just pulling goofy faces when taking photos with guests. I thought he was drugged out like the last times.

            Given his role in destroying the country and to some extent the world, he can get blasted for anything.

            But yeah he looks uncomfortably sober at the time of filming.
