Caesar salad in honor of the ides of March
Bulgogi pork, tofu, and eggplant. On sticky white rice.
Had some leftover bbq from a smokehouse and also some sushi. Time and energy are stuff I don’t have anymore.
Made some pizza

Always a good choice!
Irish Stew with pickled red cabbage on top.
Because I’m lazy and wanted to make something good that’d last a few days.
We had curry, but the rice cooker lied twice about being done so I’m looking into a new rice cooker because this one is naughty sometimes.
Grilled salmon and Chile pasilla.
Leftover pizza, transported 3 states over from dinner the night prior.
Chicken, rice, and corn.
I cursed myself by mentioning it yesterday, so I’m having beef shanks braised in homemade tomato sauce with red wine, and homemade fettuccine.
Just got done cutting the pasta. I should be eating in a half hour. I’ve been cooking for two and a half.
I only keep going because I know it will be worth it.
ETA: OMG it was so worth it
Don’t want to cook tonight. Clotted cream (microwave heavy cream until all the water’s gone) on raisin swirl bread and a can of soup.
Leftover take out Chinese from Friday.
Had chicken satay tacos. Very happy with how they turned out .
Dominoes and a McFlurry. Cause it’s Saturday. But I have been craving a Reuben all day.
I had chicken pot pie, it was okay.
