All House seats and about 1/3 of the Senate seats are up for election each midterm cycle. Even if the midterms were delayed, all those seats expire at the end of their term regardless.
Until Trump commands otherwise and his followers and the media go along with it and ICE kidnaps anyone who shows up to take their seat. Then what?
Do not put all your hopes on midterms saving you. Action needs to be taken now or there won’t be anything left.
