It’s not going to do anything. Costco didn’t even open up a second store in Auckland let alone one in Wellington or Chch or Hamilton. It’s certainly not going to open one up in Matamata or Waihi or Nelson or Alexandra.
Like everything this government does it’s just a handout to their oligarch buddies.
