I hear they’re offering people free one-way tickets to Venezuela. Here’s how you sign up:

I’m just saying this goes back to at least in the post 9/11 times and I just don’t get it. Yeah, sure, a whole lot of Taco fans now feel they have a permission structure to get even worse. I’m just saying the idea of handing over something like a laptop/phone to goons just because you are crossing a border in the days before Taco? WTAF.

Yeesh, the U.S. is deporting people for carrying images of Cabbage Patch Dolls, now?

Land of the free and party of small government, eh?

Man if that’s all it takes, I’m fucked when they start searching citizens’ phones.

I mean, y’know, openly. I’m not delusional enough to think they don’t already know what’s on there.

My understanding is that they’ve been doing this kind of thing at point of entry for quite some time. I don’t understand it at all…

You don’t understand it because it’s irrational.

It’s also unconstitutional. We have an amendment (4A) that addresses this specifically.

What’s ironic is that there is no satire in that picture, like if it was of Obama it would not be a meme.

It only works because JD Vance is that comical and awkward in real life.

It reminds me of Russians getting arrested for having blank signs at the start of the war.
