Funny, I had the exact opposite reaction. For me it’s that nothing that is happening is new and if you look carefully nothing is weird or unusual, it’s just the same ol’ same ol’ rehashed from a modern perspective.

I had this pack of hamburger buns that were absolutely in perfect shape months after their expiry. The inside of that pack much have been perfectly sterile.
