It’s because the USA is beholden to wealth. The Democrats and the Media are in the pockets of the same billionaires as the Republicans. Furthermore, your electoral system is archaic and not true democracy. First-past-the-post creates a two party system by design and when both of those parties have become corrupted then voting isn’t going to solve anything.

I can’t fathom how these people can be so short sighted. Everyone knows it’s them and their genocidal policies that are to blame. They will be the first in the cooking pot when the supermarket shelves start to empty.
