Elon Musk and Tesla denied a report from The Wall Street Journal that the company looked into replacing Musk as CEO.

But does the board have the votes to ditch Musk? I thought Musk lackeys were the majority of the board, and Musk, being largest shareholder, could probably block the deal anyway.
