The White House declined to explain why President Trump did not appear to realize that the photograph he held up on social media had been altered.

To be honest, listening to that interview, not only is he still a gigantic asshole, I honestly can’t tell if he’s dumb or suffering from cognitive decline.

    To me, it seemed less like he thought it was real, and more like he was just being deliberately belligerently obtuse knowing that his followers would believe him anyway.
